We homestead off-the-grid on Denman Island in the Strait of Georgia. We grow our own organic foods year-round. We keep a variety of rescued pet animals. With the help of 50 artisans, we grow, process, weave, knit, dye, and sew unique sweatshop-free organic clothing, footwear, bed, bath, and home products. And we have done all of this since 1997 (off-grid homesteading) and 1999 (manufacturing). We make over 1,000 products, many of them things you won’t find elsewhere, like hemp car seat cover, hemp sleeping bag, 100% hemp knits, 100% hemp socks, 100% organic linen socks, 100% organic cotton socks, elastic-free organic underwear, hemp shoes (with natural rubber sole and glue-free sewn-on sole), all from organic European hemp.
