Hi, I’m Elaina Love and I live in Mt.Shasta. I’m passionate about lighting up your palate and helping you heal with healthy food. I have been a plant-based chef for 26 years and ran a culinary school for 10 years. Currently, I focus on running retreats for women worldwide and catering for local retreats in Mt. Shasta California.

I make locally-sourced, meals, and make a wide variety of dishes including vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free.
