Potomac Vegetable Farms CSA

Potomac Vegetable Farms grows ecoganic vegetables, herbs and flowers on two farms in Northern Virginia. PVF East is located in Vienna, VA and PVF West is in Purcellville, VA.

Our vegetables, herbs, and cut flowers are available at farmers markets, our two on-farm roadside stands, and through our 550-member CSA.

Our farms were certified organic by the state of Virginia, through the Virginia Association for Biological Farming from 1991 until the federal certification program went into effect in 2004. We decided not to participate in the federally mandated program, thus launching our new term Ecoganic. We maintain a soil rich in organic matter and beneficial soil microbes that provide our crops with sufficient nutrients and a healthy environment. We do not use any commercial synthetic fertilizers or pesticides.
