Raw Garden is the leading health food restaurant in Latvia since 2011. Raw Garden menu is made of seasonal vegetables, greens, fruits, nuts, seeds, grains and sprouts, as well as various superfoods. Eating alkaline plant-based food is easy on the digestive system and lets you feel light and energetic after the meal.

We try to use as much locally sourced, fresh seasonal and organic produce as possible, and add the most nutrient-rich ingredients from across the world.

Our dishes are suitable for vegetarians, vegans and raw foodists alike, and do not contain lactose or gluten.
